Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of my products and or quality control process, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before making a puchase. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: mikaraven@smokyravenstudio.shop

Please include:

-Your order number

-Clear photos of the item

-A description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

I am only one person and, whatever may happen to the packages once I give them out to be shipped to you is out of my control.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
