Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times:

-Domestic (United States): 3-6 business days

-International: I am currently not accepting international orders. I will accept these in the near future. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing. 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

I am not taking international orders. Once the shop has progressed we will consider an action plan for fullfilling orders outside of the United States. (Thank you for checking out my shop and I hope to be able to send orders across the world!)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: mikaraven@smokyravenstudio.shop

Please include:

-Your order number

-Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or store credit if approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
